Kali’s Group Therapy

Group therapy can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and to help you find your own solutions to problems. Group therapy provides a place where you come together with others to share problems or concerns, to better understand your own situation, and to learn from and with each other.

In a group therapeutic session you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions in a supportive group that will listen and support without judging or criticising. We can all benefit from psycho-education and group support. It is for anyone who is curious and anyone who has a desire to take the courageous step of cultivating self awareness.

Every four sessions we will go into detail around a particular mental health problem. There will be psycho education, discussion, therapeutic tools and somatic work included within each session.
