The intention behind this four week block is to get you feeling comfortable and confident to attend a vinyasa yoga class. Over the 4 weeks you will work through various transitions and postures that would commonly come up in a vinyasa practice. It’s also an opportunity to try out our hot studio the “Destroyer” in a supportive and welcoming women’s only group. This is also available as a drop in single class if you can't attend the full course and to anyone who would like to refresh the basics!

Investment: £60 for 4 weeks, £15 drop in
