Steph and Scott have created this course for those who feel like they're too stiff or have no interest in joining a yoga studio but feel called to try Yoga. This course meets you where you are at and gently guides you to learn the basics. We break down even the most basic of movements and concepts, so you are left with a basic foundation of what Yoga is all about.
We intend to set you up with the basics so after the course you are confident with going to a yoga studio, or finding something that will suit your needs online.
Absolutely zero experience is necessary!

This course contains a mixture of videos and readings. We cover the physical aspects of Yoga as well as the philosophical.

Steph Wall
Steph has a passion for facilitating a space for students to deepen into the complexities of life through the tradition of Yoga. Deeply devoted to self-discovery and engaging in the creative unfolding of life, it is clear that Steph's intention with the yoga path is to stay awake and aware during the transformational process of life.
Steph is the owner of The Kali Collective Yoga Studio in Glasgow and runs 200-hour & 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats internationally. Steph has spent over 1000 hours in training, primarily with Julia McCabe and Tiffany Cruickshank.
Meet Your Teachers
Scott McDonald
Scott is passionate about making his classes welcoming for newcomers and long-time yogis. He firmly believes that Yoga is for everyone and will adapt the practice to cater specifically to your capability and needs. He regularly runs beginners workshops at The Kali Collective (beginners are his secret favourite) for those new to a yoga practice. Expect a slow paced practice which focuses on strength and foundation.
