We are hosting a Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath event - Kali Style! How does dark, moody, tense Nine Inch Nails, Mogwai and Nick Cave sound? Over 75 minutes, you will be guided through moving music, DJ'ed by Steph while she guides you into long held, restorative postures. This is an opportunity for you to be present with different layers of your body as the music guides you into new sensations and feelings.

We are also offering this experience via aerial silk; please note if you are indulging in silk, no movement will be offered. Instead, the offering is an opportunity to experience an elongated savasana being held by the hammock.
