Once a month Laura hosts a handstand jam. This is an opportunity to PLAY and get upside down. Included will be a warm up, core activations, drills, playful movement and cool down. This hour long practice is for everyone, whether you’re brand new to hand balancing or pressing yourself into one arm pretzel shapes. An hour to be curious, get off your mat and move in all the ways. Also an opportunity to get help/advice/assistance on other postures your working on. Cake, tunes and fun very much encouraged.
