Yin & Restorative Immersion
Open to all, this immersion is an experience to embody restoration at a deep and profound level in the beauty of Perthshire, Scotland.
Arguably, the most important part of this intensive is the hours we will spend deep in practice. Several hours of yin & restorative postures per day combined with illumination on the science and mystery of the nervous and fascial systems will leave us both in wonder and with a deeper understanding of the profoundness of this practice.
Open to serious practitioners and yoga teachers, this experience offers lectures on anatomy, exploration of individual poses using assists and props, plus many hours of experiencing the postures themselves. There will be several hours dedicated on how to share this practice, during this time those who are not yoga teachers may have free time to explore Balquhidder.
Anyone using this course for CPD credits will be awarded 50 credits after completing a small practicum.
