Exploring the Unseen
Exploring the Unseen

50 Hour Embodied Yoga Anatomy
Dynamic, slow, education
Our Container
Embodied Anatomy is a passionately designed program that supports curious minds towards more depth of embodiment. Created for both yoga guides and keen bean students, Embodied Anatomy bites off a big chunk of fascinating science and anatomy and chews and digests it slowly through experience and integration.
Yoga is a practice of slowing the mind so one can reconnect and remember the true essence inside. Tools such as asana postures are portals into this remembering and containers to hold the majesty of one's body, heart and mind. The first and best way to understand a pose is to feel it. However, a new layer and more potential can come to life when we look at each unique shape from a different lens, an anatomical point of view. This understanding benefits yoga guides who want to support their students into more depth and edges of curiosity.
Embodied Anatomy is a program that merges dualities to spark curiosity about how the body, heart, and mind reflect one another and how intimately each yoga posture influences the whole. To look at anatomy from a theoretical perspective or from simply looking at the physical body would be amiss to the great mysteries of the body. One must see that anatomy is just one piece of a bigger whole, and we hope the content of this program reflects that.
The course offered in 2024 will be primarily in person with several hours of online content over the course of 12 weeks. If this commitment doesn’t work for you, you can purchase the on demand course to do at your own pace.

Yoga Wisdom Studies
Yoga Wisdom Studies
A Pathway to Deepening your Relationship with Yoga
Yoga Wisdom Studies shares the path of Yoga by using ancient Yoga texts, such as The Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, with an emphasis on the physical asana practice to offer an embodied and grounded experience. This program offers an opportunity to study the richness of Yoga in an extended format that allows for an immersive, dedicated study of this Tradition.
The experience will unfold with a group of like minded people in a way that gives time to practice and integrate the content. Please note that the study of Yoga is not just within the given material; self-practice, self-study and weekly gatherings are required for the entire duration of this program.
Yoga Wisdom Studies draws upon the teachings of the ancient practice and weaves it into present-day living. After a year together, a doorway will have opened that you will be supported to continue walking through in your own unique way. There will be an option for a small group to continue their studies for a final 4 month program to learn how to share Yoga. Several assessments must be passed to enter this portion of the program.
Please note this program consists mostly of in-person weekly gatherings plus some self paced content. The content will be recorded if needed and can be done from abroad. Each topic will also be open to the public, our 300 hr YTT and woven in The Kali Collective timetable.
